Incredible Prometheus "Plot Reveal" From Kate Dickie!!!

From "American Superstar Magazine Online" !!! Director Ridley Scott would love it if you walked into his upcoming sci-fi thriller cold. Most of the actors have played nice, refusing to reveal too much about the plot. Yet, as its June release date approaches, more and more story details can't help but leak out. The first trailer for Prometheus reveals that its more than subtly tied to Ridley Scott's 1979 classic Alien. The notorious Space Jockeys first hinted at in the opening of that original film play a key role here. And now we know what that role is, as one of the secondary actors has let some new story details slip about these mysterious beings. If you want to stay fresh and clean, stop reading now. Because: Major Spoilers lie ahead! Game of Thrones actress Kate Dickie has revealed that she plays Mudow, a crew member of the spaceship Prometheus responsible for awakening the others out of their cryogenic sleep at the beginning of the movie, a scene pulled directly from both Alien and Aliens. Soon after the crew is awakened, they "meet a terrifying host of vicious, skeletal alien monstrosities which chase the crew through the halls of their spaceship." Kate Dickie apparently only makes it through 28 minutes of the film before being "eaten" by one of these monsters, presumed to be the Space Jockeys. Mudow is set to serve as a fitness trainer, who gets the Prometheus crew in shape after so many months of cryo-sleep. "With their muscles wasted from five years without use, she helps them to get fit - only for them to fall victims to horrible creatures that begin stalking them for food." So if Kate Dickie is telling the truth, the Space Jockeys are vicious monsters that eat people. And there you have the gist of the movie. Prometheus comes to theaters June 8th, 2012 and stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie, Logan Marshall-Green, Guy Pearce. The film is directed by Ridley Scott.

Film making rocks man! That's my dream is to become an editor, become a stage hand, work with the props, lighting, camera work. Its amazing stuff. New York is notorious for Film schools. I would say California and New York are the best places in the world to attend a film school. I'm from Illinois and yeah not much here in the midwest in terms of quality film schools. Mind you most of the midwest is barren in every category. Boring really. lol.

Sparky, I don't buy the whole skeletal aliens hunting the crew and eating them upon waking from hypersleep. Too Pandorum'ish. Why not just eat them during hypersleep? I have to agree that this is mis-information aand a breach of contract like that would undoubtedly end up in court with an injuction and the places leaking it would be sued. BugH May I ask where you got the little alien head from (the ones for the newbies to the site)?because it seems to be in that english rag mag. Regards, Rick

Scott has kept a tight lit on this movie and I think he will keep this solid tight until the reviews start showing up. We might see more glimpses of somethings as the trailers start to roll out..but now, it is too early to trust what you hear.... PsyOps...Marketing PsyOps, that it what it all about...

I agree we need to bring our ideas together and make a film. Start our own film studio. Get the business rolling that way. But yes the Alien series is what truly inspired me to become a filmmaker. There's really no other series like it and its really how all my inspiration started.

I agree, but at the same time I don't see any elaborate hoax just what could be mis information or something we were not intended to read or hear about. But in the end I always come back to the same thing and I know you do as well from taking the time to read everything you post, cause it's good...lol... I have complete Faith in Ridley Scott & H R Giger and everyone else Ridley got involved in this...and especially with regard to the subject matter of this film and that it is their triumphant, we hope, return to this genre. Bonus: I bet the Derelict is that same plastic inflatable prop we all saw in the docu-drama way back and which now resides here in the "Memories of Alien" section about the secrets of how they Made Alien...with a shiney new coat of paint slapped on it.
