[url=http://www.toyarchive.com/Aliens/Toys/OriginalDoll.html]Prototype[/url] I have the Protoype they made this doll from. My Dad presented it to me at an "Irwin Toy" {They Own "Kenner"} Toy Show in a Hotel in New York City in 1979 a few weeks before the release of the film.

i got the 1979 movie alien figure, but his inner jaw dosnt come out because the site that shipped it (i dont remember what the site name was) gave me one with a broken mouth so the jaw sadly, dosnt come out...

damn, crap for luck bro, that's the best part, along with the dome. crap crap crap.

i also have the horror clix avp alien queen set but it said i cant play without the horror clix starter pack... wow. just my luck. a broken figure and a set to a game i cant play... :(

Very cool Spartacus...I want one of those rather badly, yet can't seem to find a complete piece at the right price...........know what I mean? I'm just getting such a kick out of this game designed for seven year olds that's from a R rated film about an alien that eviscerates people. You roll two dice, one red, one white. The red is how many spaces your alien moves and the white, how many one of your three astronauts move. If an alien lands on an airshaft, you can send it to any number of shaft openings anywhere on the board with your next turn. ...and get this....rule #7 of Elimination of Astronauts (in bold lettering)..........[b]Aliens are never eliminated[/b]...........awesome

just checked ebay. pretty pricey! $65 big ones! i paid less for the whole figure! thanks but i might just fix it myself or buy more. i liked the way the ALIENS figure looked...

i wish i could find these in ACTUAL stores! of course toys r us has everything from the stay puff marshmellow man to terminator. and even predator! but no alien...

That prototype doll is wicked looking. I loved Alien Resurrection up until the part with the New Born, however I didn't know about the human skull under the dome of the original Alien until AVP:R came out and they had mentioned the Predalien featured the translucent dome/ skull in a nod to the original Alien. The skull on your doll shows through way more than I've seen in other pics. I think it gives the alien a much more sinister/evil look then just the smooth dome does. It also gives me a better appreciation of the New Borns design and where they drew some of the concept from. I wish I had known about it when I first watched Alien Res; maybe I would've taken the New Born a bit differently.
