Blade Runner universe?

The movies, or the universes are linked together, how? Well, it will remain to be seen in the film when it comes out. I posted a thread about the "Tyrell" corp and "Weyland", the Tyrell corp had the replicants but failed, which makes one think that Weyland succeeded Tyrell by making something better. Weyland could of bought out Tyrell and encompassed them into their company and thus, would be the cybernetic section of Weyland....

That is still a speculation ( even if an excellent one ) and not a confirmed thing . Someone did already sold some fake news for true ( the alien harvester plot , the skeletal mostruosities plot , some pictures , youtube videos , the scottish newspaper interview ) and we still see people beliving in them . Lets not jump ahead without any proof just because we hope that something is real .

I think Scott would do it and might...there's a lot in Prometheus that is behind the curtain and when that curtain rises, we are going to be floored when we see it...

I love that fingerprint shot! Yet it seems to only show the 'Yutani' section of the full 'Weyland-Yutani' logo. Interesting that the headline concerning the 'coming soon' article about it on the Weyland Industries site says - OUR FAMILY IS GROWING Does this imply literally 'growing' something I wonder, as in fully- 'biological' types of 'artificial humans' such as 'Replicant'-types rather than just 'Android'-types? Or might it merely be meaning 'growing' the outer appearance (such as just skin, eyes and hair only) for 'Android'-types alone?... Or does it refer to 'cloning' of some sort even?... If there *is* to be an eventual BLADERUNNER/ALIEN universe tie-in, perhaps the Tyrell Corporation was WELL AHEAD of all it's competitors at the time with their advanced 'artificial human' program, until Tyrell's death...and less advanced 'Android'-types were also common at the time, and CONTIUNED to be improved on by other companies, well after BLADERUNNER's time? So many questions and possibilities at this point still, lol.

I think that there is a big difference: Blade Runner´s androids were biological entities with enhanced capabilities. Despite all the kinds of strange fluids coming out of Ash and Bishop, they were clearly some kind of machines; I can swear that Ripley hot-wired Bishop´s remains in Alien 3. I´m really curious to see how Ridley intends to conciliate this (if this is what he tried, of course).

Yes, 'Androids' can be 'hot-wired', but perhaps Ridley can go down the route of there being DIFFERENT technology developed (by the 'Tyrell Corporation') early on to do with more organic and sophisticated 'artificial' types....known as 'Replicants' to some.
