two interesting snippets in "origins" featurette

I noticed the panoramic shot at 0:20 as well. It's hard to sya what is going on there. It very well could be just a far off shot of Prometheus flying through space, but it could just as easily be something else. I had to rewatch the video to comment on your second point. I noticed that clip in a previous trailer/featurette as well. It's also hard to say what is going on here. For me, I thought it was something they put into a tank to study, and it looks like it's making a DNA helix. Some kind of biotech? I didn't get the impression of a tentacled organism, or a full on underwater scene, but that's just how I interpreted the clip. Guess we will find out in a month! lol

havent really notice the starship as you mention unless your referencing what i believe to be the prometheus just as its past the orbit of planet the thing swimming in water i thought was some type of dna strand that was being experimented on by the crew or develop by the engineers. it doesnt look like its swimming so much as its floating .... another interesting thing is now we know shaw either knows or suspects holloways infection... and from her exchange with janek there seems to be plans to leave the planet but shaw wants to stay and finish whatever is going on at that point for her answers

Now I realize that there are two different footages going on: one from yahoo, and the other titled "origins featurett". They have slightly different scenes; the yahoo one has the scene of the big floating flying saucer, that isn´t seen in the "origins featurette". I think that the blink crossing a starry sky isn´t seen in the yahoo footage, fanboy 79, and this probably is the reason you can´t see it. syphonox, fanboy, you can be right, the monitor I´m looking know can´t resolve very well, I´ll try to see the HD scene on my TV later, but it really could be that the floating thing in the water is a scene from the primordial creation of life. Ugh...

Oh, yeah I could'nt get the yahoo one to work so I haven't seen it yet. Yes, I'm wondering what the DNA like organism is representing. Is it the primordial creation of life, or is it a sample of something from the temple growing? Or, is there a difference? lol

correction: the yahoo footage, that is much longer (3:24) than the origins featurette (1:40) also shows the blimp in the starry sky. It also has a curious scene of David and Shaw talking around the big holographic table onboard Prometheus, and the holograms are displaying many art works, including Mona Lisa...

The DNA strand or early form of Organism i.e Micrope, could be from the begining of time scene maybe it tells a Visual Narative a story that combined elements of the creation from the Bible, Evolution and Ancient Alien theory.
