The Derelict/Space Jockey Scene; Could We All have It Backwards?

I just thought of something I never did before. What if we are all trying so hard to make sense out of how those eggs got under the derlict and I realized what if we are looking at the whole thing ass backwards...what if the Eggs were there first, then one or more hatched and the hole/burn we saw was made by a facehugger as it made it's way UP and INTO the Jockey? They weren't coming from the Derelict ship, they were already there...but those Vials containing potentially what made them, they could well have been on board the Derelict when it crashed.
