[/quote] yes i believe they were infected, so they are investigating there, they find the alien head and the ampule, go back to the ship to do research everything seems well... somepoint shaw and and holloway have sex, so it lays embrio to shaw and she gives birth to something... and maybe the infection is different from every DNA.

db73, my thought was the two crewmen who were using the flamethrowers are now incapacitated (or dead) - one is lying on the ground and one is being thrown. You's guys! I thought you were referring to the definitely Alien looking thing that you can barely see [i]above[/i] the crew member at the top of his arc. Kind of reminiscent of the scene where the canine-alien get it's second victim in Alien 3.
