I visit this site frequently and from time to time I can't get into the site and get message "server not found" It's not just on one device it's on multiple ones and it occurs at the same time. If I let some time pass, maybe 10 min. or 30 min. all of a sudden I can get onto the site including all my devices with no problem. I clear my cache, and nothing helps except waiting a little bit.
I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?
It occurs on my iPad, my iPhone and my Dell desktop.

MemberOvomorphMar-28-2012 1:59 PMThanks for the loyalty Cinefan and again...I'm sorry about the issue....trust me, it's as frustrating for the staff as all of you and when I got home last night and couldn't get in...well, I WASN'T HAPPY....but seriously, I made sure to inform BH and also, I'd just like to say that I've had to remind myself that this site was built completely from scratch and is constantly changing....for what it is, as a fan site, that's really impressive and I'm no technical genius or I'd be on it myself....things happen and who better to fix them than our fearless leader...

AdminEngineerMar-28-2012 2:09 PMWe had an issue with our DNS setup on the server side, not the registrar. I have since fixed this issue and should no longer cause any "server not found" errors. For those tech-savy on here, basically the Name Server had no "Glue" and was returning a "not found" error.
But, the entire thing is fixed now and should be back to normal!

AdminEngineerMar-28-2012 9:15 PMWell, the random spurts of downtime or "server not found" errors should no longer impede people visiting the site after tonight as most people's ISPs should be updated by tomorrow morning.
If we experience any more downtimes or problems in the next week or so, I will move us to a new host on a dedicated server.
It's best to email us when you experience a site problem.
