Found this picture

Hi! New here, this is my very first post. Two things that strike me about that tentative sketch of David's head transforming into a pseudo-Xeno head. 1. The elongated shape of the head reminds me not only of the classic Xeno head, but also of the slug-like creature we have seen slithering into the space suit of the unknown Prometheus crew in several of the trailers. 2. Is this Xeno-like face sketch the face we never get to see of the SJ like humanoid standing over a terrified Shaw at the very end of the extended US trailer? Based on this, can we surmise that David is going to turn into a early form of the Xeno, setting the stage for the original Alien. Any thoughts?

I greatly prefer the transformation scene that Ridley had to the Queen....thing. I hate the Queen idea. I like the limited lifespan idea as well. I am in the minority, but I also dislike all the sequels. I really don't want a xeno at all. But if we get one this might be an interesting way to do it if done correctly.

I think it's very plausible that he is infected and becomes the original "Alien". Biomechanics yo!

It also suggests, and this might be another theory: David evolving thanks to the space jockeys versus holloway evolving thanks to the space jockeys. It might be the battle of technology against mankind, creation against creator, all on a next level with the outcome that a fused species of both prevails - the perfect organism. So what if the space jockeys are mere instigators of evolution that sit back and enjoy the spectacle? But this time they make a mistake, and seeing the new horrors they created, thse beings try to escape, unknowing they have death aboard. This second paragraph may be leaning out of the window too far but I see a sense in all this. It also gives sense to the variety of life forms we see in the trailers.

Ok ... theory 1001 is We Humans are Prometheus ... we give 'fire' to the Android (some how the poor sap gets infected) ... and it all goes Pete Tong ... game over :) ... running out of theories now ... thank god ... the straight jacket has just arrived from eBay ...
