yes most of the crew will definitely die or be transformed to something else. Shaw, david and vickers may survive, and then it comes to a final fight between shaw and vickers and david may save shaw's ass and then they do some "biomechanical babies" together...

I think that one of the crew members ends up in the famous Space Jokey seat, possibly Weyland himself. He did say that 'we are the gods now'.

Maybe a face off between Shaw and the blue guy, just like in the other alien films. The heroine comes face to face with her demon.

I think the Thing could have been better given a better budget. The remake of the Thing had budget cuts and they had to abort some work and do rush job CGI in scenes. Thankfully this movie has not been rushed or had a tight budget and so i have high hopes for it.
