Rings of Prometheus?

I was sent an email this morning from a reader who has spotted some interesting markings in the released Prometheus images. The markings represent some kinf of "Ring" structure. Not sure if you guys have found this or discussed it yet, but I thought it was certainly worth a mention. These rings are seen on the underside of the UFO-looking spacecraft from the trailer and on the ground of the planet the Prometheus ventures to. WHat are your thoughts? Sh!t ... I like that catch ... nice ... Looking at the direct image above, SO ... it's the 'saucer' opening up to reveal the Derelict then ... NOT a hangar or the 'ground' as such ... now that would be sort of Epic :) ... Also is the saucer not upside down on the planet no? ...

The Elders have not been shown yet but they are the Gods while the SJ are Engineers, the Gods have the flying Saucers as seen by the Waterfall, its posibly a Hnagar cover launch bay roof for either ship. we see a huge iris door opening up with Shaw and Vickers standing on it and losing footing, probably this opening up. I know there are at least 4 new creatures in this that we have yet to see.

Actually, just to be clear on something, what I indicated (above) are 2 seperate things. I think these are basically hanger exits for the Jockey Ships, one which opens underground on LV-223 (someting we know happens in the film), while the same thing - I'm guessing here - also happens with the Saucer Craft, I'm not saying they are one and the same object though.
