What is happening to Shaw as she pleads for someone or thing to "Stop. Please!!"

Hey "TakkaX3", Question with some sarcasm in it for ya...Do you think some of the carvings made into structures here on the earth that can be seen only from the sky or space were made by G-d or the Egyptians?

I commented on this in another thread; questioning the vailidity of the whole infected Halloway/Shaw night of passion and the subsequent alien organism c-section premise. No sense restating those concerns here but suffice to say I'm not entirely convinced of this scenario. There is something more sinister regarding the MedPod sequence imho. Take for example the quick footage of something with tentacles dangling above Shaw's head (appears dark greenish, similar to whatever thing David8 takes out of the Urn) whereas the colour of the worm-like thing we see in the "post c-section" footage is pale and fleshy coloured. Doesn't appear to be the same thing. The supposed umbilical would suggest a conventional impregnation but who's to say how this entity gestates? A Xeno chestburster would have needed something along those lines as well were it to siphon off nutrients from it's host victim. Personally I still favor some kind of implantation procedure for some nefarious purpose given how we see her struggle against some enviro-suit clad people and how she collapses, bloodied in front of other individuals and they just seem look at her rather uncaringly. Maybe the Halloway/Shaw thing happens, it just seems rather mundane, simple and not overly frightening when compared to having some sort of specific circumstance forced upon you.

There is the hot and heavy Holloway-Shaw kissing scene. Either they go all the way and have sex, or there was a rough landing for Holloway. I expect the hard landing for Holloway given Shaw's character is religious. The alternative, they have sex, still may result in a good plot along the lines of sin punished or emotional attachment causing someone to do more than they would under normal circumstances. So, I like the theory (as in a likely disturbing theory) of a thwarted Holloway coming back transformed or infected to force his way on Shaw. Sort of a date rape in space. Still, man rape and man impregnation by an alien were prime ways Alien disturbed us. There is also the magazine rape scene with Ash and Ripley where Ash rolls up a newspaper and tries to stuff it down Ripley's throat. The scene also has nude pin-ups on the wall. Maybe the pin-ups were to make men who like them feel uncomfortable with the scene of a woman being killed by a man shoving the (assumed) girly magazine down Ripley's throat.

when i watched the trailer. i see her looking at her self in the mirror and her veins go black, much like whats hinted to be the 'first man on earth' scene in the trailer when he stands up to look at his arm, as the space ship has just taken off. putting it in a time line is tricky from 2 minutes of footage but i would say she gets infected, finds the crew after a long hide/seek chase scene, collapses in front of them, gets put in the med lab to remove whatever she has inside her. i have a suspicion that the android david will try to stop the processes some how. company orders? it is also hinted at that david gets infected with human DNA some how, and starts to change into a human
