Vickers will be a "goodie" . Everything thus far has set her character up as a company man in the Burke mould but I'm sure this will not be the case. That will probably be what Theron meant when she said she reveals her true self towards the end. You can see her going to meet the boarding party with the flame thrower to make sure they don't come aboard. Much like ripley does. Also the shot of her and Shaw running away from the crashing derelict is probably during or close to the finale of the film I would think.
