@ Shambhala: I don't know if you're directing that at me or not, but that is not what happened in this case. As I said earlier, I was a part if the first thread where this spoiler was first posted. The problem here is that the name if this thread WAS the spoiler, so it wasn't a matter of clicking on a thread marked spoiler. It would be pretty ignorant to open a thread marked spoiler and then criticize the information within.

I started the greatest argument ever in this site.... And I honestly feel really cool about it.... I'm drunk with spoiler ego

@Syphonox No, was not directed at you. In fact in the beginning this thread was not classified as a spoiler ... etc..(Yeah, I know) But many people decides enter anyway (even seeing the modification of the title) But my words are just a recommendation of course...

I'm just talking shit now.... I'm actually fascinated with how much of an uproar I caused.... It's the most ridiculous thing to happen to me in a long time.... Causing an uproar is not something to be proud of though. You need to realize what you did was not right, whether it was an accident or not. You should realize that might have ruined others' experience (not mine)...whether intentional or not. And yes, I need to follow my own advice in this instance. I'm sorry....but I'm not sorry.... I'll only follow the rules from now on of this forum because I love the site and respect the guys who run it (plus they've been messaging me and been so polite through this whole issue)..... Also, besides the fact that I didn't really know the "spoiler rule" I still do not consider it a spoiler, therefore I can't sympathies with the angry mob here.... That photo spoiled nothing.

That may very well be David's head but it's not David's head they examine because David is one of the observers as the head explodes in the trailer I posted about a couple of days ago.......vickers shaw David and unidentifed female in la room when head explodes possibly ford

Its obviously david's head. you can see the "blank" face and blonde "perfect" hair. What strikes me even more is that there is a pool of blood underneath/inbetween the head and the body. It is David AND its pool of blood. I believe the Engineer kills David because he can tell that the android has stolen the fire and become biological or bio mechanical or maybe something else...something abominable. Also its not a clean decapitation at the neck. Its almost as if the Jockey has stomped/torn through David's chest/sternum. On an average man, in order to completely tear across the whole top torso, the Jockey's foot would be 24-27 inches long.

Well, that is sure interesting, and I even think it might prove some theories wrong regarding the whole (David mutates or he is the one that goes in the chair bit).

I guess I'm not all that bothered by this. I assumed a long time ago that everyone would die. So maybe some of the "who" has been answered, but there are so many more whats, wheres, whens, whys, and hows that I just don't know about yet that this bit of information is inconsequential to me. I'm still excited as hell to see this movie, and if anything, I'm now even more intrigued. All that said, it was still an epic fail for the OP to include spoiler information in the thread title. You can't assume everybody in the community is familiar with what you're posting about, even if that information has been released publicly (i.e., by Fox). When in [b]doubt[/b], leave spoiler info [b]out[/b] of the thread title!

Well, I reckon even if I know everything that happens in the movie, it's still not the same as watching the movie. Execution is more important. A film can have all the twists and turns in the world, but if the execution is dogshit, it won't really matter. Meanwhile, a well executed film is worth watching no matter how much is known ahead of time. Hasn't stopped me from watching Alien about 100 times and loving it every time. I knew Bishop got ripped in half before I even saw Aliens. They had the screenshots right there in the magazine I was reading. Still blew me away in the theater.
