Best place to sit in a IMAX

Ok - I decided to splurge and go to Prometheus In 3d in a Imax, and I have not been to a IMAX since I was a kid, so where is the best seats? In the middle? In the back?

Towards the back, in the middle of the row. IMAX is huge...you don't want to sit too close, especially in 3D.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT get a ticket in the front three rows. You will spend the whole time looking up awkwardly!!! I saw Inception in the IMAX in second row, directly in the middle. I thought middle was best, It ruined it for me:-( The IMAX seating plan is like a shear drop. The height of the rows between 1 and 4 is quite a lot. So go for middle to top row. Even if it is on the end of the row. Hope this helps

sit in the final 5 rows in the middle....Seattle Center Imax is 6 stories big and awesome....can't wait!!!
