I started a thread about Space Jockey collectables but since it's stuff from Alien and not Prometheus I posted it in that section of the forum. Here's the first post and a link to the thread... So, I did a search for a thread like this but found nothing so I thought I'd start one. Last night I won an awesome SJ keychain on ebay. It's made by Tsukuda. I paid $9.30 for it. The only other one for sale on ebay now is $75 which seems quite ridiculous since I got mine so cheap and one sold before that went for around $13. [img] http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51PhjTpOxhL.jpg[/img] I've had the Palisades Deluxe Space Jockey statue that's limited to 1500 pieces for quite some time and imo it's the best Space Jockey collectable out there. [img]http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/images/products/out/large/C2866P0007.jpg[/img] Hollywood Collectables made a statue that's comparable in size to the Palisades Deluxe but it looks terrible in pics. Palisades also makes a smaller Space Jockey statue. I haven't seen one in person but it seems to be exactly the same as the bigger one. Not sure how limited it is. For a while I've been wanting the SJ model kit from Halcyon. I know there are a few other model kits out there as well. Anyway, if anyone here has some stuff please post pics and give your opinion on what stuff you like the best and all that. I'd like to make an informed descision on which model kit to buy and would love to find out about any SJ collectables I don't know about. They are supposed to be "chibi" looking. Kubrick is a Japanese play on lego figures. They are pretty cute. I have ones from Metal Gear and Star Wars.

The first one's arms seem oddly Powerpuff.

I hope they come out with the new version from Prometheus, please let me know if there is one out there.

I had the MezITZ Space Jockey but gave it to my nephew when i got the Palisades Deluxe statue. I kept the Kane, face hugger and egg diorama that came with it. Even though they're stylized the size is pretty proportionate when put next to the SJ statue. They look pretty cool together. I've always wanted the Halcyon model kit because it actually has Kane, Dallas and Lambert with the tripod. Cool because you can put them in different positions. Pretty sweet. I'm not a model maker though and while I think I could do a decent job I don't want to spend the cash and mess up or anything. Haha ... I got the Mez-itz version but without the eggs ... There's a debate which versions are better ... I heard the Mez-itz has more detail in their designs ... hence why I got one (below) ... £4 off eBay (inc p&P) :) ... haven't seen the Kubrick version 1st hand yet ... I always thought this would be an awesome PC chair+case mod (i mean life-size) - although not very practical, and i think it would be pretty hard to put together. perhaps the telescope could be filled with some awesome cooling.

I read last year that there will be Prometheus toys and that Fox had chosen a toy manufacturer to design and produce them.

Maybe a Shaw, Vickers and Fifield Mutant also.

I purchased and built the beautifully made Halcyon model of the SJ years ago. Still have it. That purchase prompted me to buy the Sulaco kit (Built and sold). The Narcissus, 1/1 Face Hugger and my favorite, The Nostromo (only 500 were made) which is still being built. This company went wayyyyy beyond accuracy and I applaud their efforts.
