We have seen Shaw walking through a disheveled ship with an ax in the same suit. We have seen the picture of Shaw on the ground, looking beaten and the legs of what we think is a blue guy. Now we have seen the blue guy and Shaw in the hallway and it looks like they are fighting.
What if they are not fighting? What if Shaw is just in the way? I think the Blue guy may be on that ship looking for the tentacle alien. Why else would he be on the ship? Does Shaw really think she can take him on in the ship with an AX? I think they are both looking for the same thing and Shaw is in the way, i think the blue guy is a mutated Holloway who spares her as he hunts it down.

When Shaw wakes up and backhands some one she is in a medical gown, not the bandage underwear she is wearing in the tentacle scene. In fact, unless I'm mistaken that scene is the only scene we see Shaw wearing a medical gown?
