**SPOILERS** Corpse in the orrery...

I see the head of a "blue-guy" (engineer) and it appear to be a completely different incident that the other picture going around where it appears to be David's head.

I have never had the thought that David gets terminated/killed/other in this film, just the opposite..whoever that might be it's not him

@abordoli I´m not so sure. Ford is right above the pit where the "canon" emerges. But in the process of torn her in pieces, he can easily throw her to the side of the sarcophagus. Also, there is a suspicious scene in the featurette where Ford´s head is shown in CGI _ it seems there are some special effects going on with her: [IMG]http://i45.tinypic.com/6p1g5z.png[/IMG]

Perhaps RS is trying to make her attractive?

The head on the floor has blonde hair. I know people don't want David to die because he is an attractive male. I want him to die cause I hate the character. Hate him. Lots.

The main thing that makes me think that the head on the floor is David's is the fact that the full neck and upper shoulder seem to be there too. Human heads to not come off that way without a scalpel and very careful cutting. That is precisely the way that Ash's head DID come off in 1979. The VERY blondness of the hair is also a factor.

Lots.[/quote] As you pretty much have indicated several times in several threads. We get it. You hate the character. That doesn't mean other people share the same sentiment. I'd rather reserve judgment until I see the movie on what character I'll loathe enough to enjoy when they finally kick it. But for the record, I'd rather not enjoy anyone dying, but that's just me.

@Shane, @Sukkal, You both have good arguments, but actually I at least didn´t find a picture with definition high enough to be totally sure about what you say. Also remember that Ford is the science officer of Prometheus... ; )

Well as we have all said, it could be anything really as the image is not clear.

I have read that the shot with Ford trembling (having convulsions)? could be that an Engineer is using some form of mind control on her. Is this going to be like "Scanners"--where mental torture escalates into exploding heads?
