LOL @ Gem]n[ Of course that's not genuine. McD or BK would never produce a kids toy that's tied to a "rated -R" movie. I work in the "premium toy" (aka Happy Meal/Kids Meal) industry. Great joke though!

They should sell it as a "diet" meal. Swallowing the cobra would be so much cheaper than having your stomach stapled! There's always a bright side!
