MemberOvomorphMay 24, 20121935 Views34 RepliesI agree the xeno mural has been discussed?
but where is it stated that it's not a mural at all, or even like me think it's a goo on the urn?
why start new topic?
i come daily, and look at the new ones, not the old ones.
unless i said exactly the same as someone elses topic, i don't see
why i can't mention that in a newer featurette to me the goo started to look as the image most assumed is a mural.
Lock as you please, master lockers!

@Spartacus.... when moderating a forum, you need to separate between subjectivity and objectivity, that's all i've got to say.
@Snorkelbottom/Svanya thanks, you offered some good transparency there for everyone. It can't be easy having to go through older threads as a moderator.

@ MVMNT...

Is your transparency comment suggesting inability on the staffs behalf or compassion on your behalf.

It seems that when you use the search function, it only searches the thread titles, not the posts itself. Right? That makes it more difficult to not repeat other posts because some titles seem quite cryptic and you don't really know what people discuss in it ("is it just me..."). I wish people would post clearer titles. But even if they do, you can never tell which direction a discussion takes inside just from the title. If we could search the body of the threads as well that would be awesome! But I am sure the staff already know this.

This thread should probably be locked too. It's pointless and really doesn't relate to the film.
IMO - I don't really care if a previously discussed topic is posted again, but I'm not going to throw a fit over the rules.
My Official Opinion Is: Meh.

GavinMay 24, 2012
@MVMNT - Thats ok then.
@ azalard - Actually I think this thread should stay open, to allow members to vent their opinions and learn that we the staff are not being anal.

Oh, okay. I'll let it slide this time, Snorkelbottom. But next time I demand lockage, dang it. Lockage!!!

Even I use Google to search subjects by typing in Prometheus.com along with the search option provided here. If I am not sure then I just refrain from starting a thread. It has never reduced the fun I had on the forums here.
This thread should stay open, yesterday I left a post open that someone started about how how people need to stop repeat posting. So it goes both ways, LOL!

Well, i liked the site and it's imrpovements.
I just felt i had to say something, coz it was not only mine, but other posts i wanted to answer to, but those were locked.
Guess i'll just read and answer or add where i can. certainly won't open
a new one. Chances are it won't meet the standards.
i won't reply to ancient posts, as chance i get response to that is almost nihil.

Wow, Spartacus still on here being an jerk. SHOCKER! This guy has no business being a mod on any forum.

CyberdeathMay 26, 2012
@BobaFett cause he's right? he's just defending a mod that was following the rules.
