Hey Juxtapose how you doin dude? I like the fact theyve stated it might not be as scary but is on an more epic and more significant scale (Alien was a very isolated concept after all)

...I am doing just fine Space jockey....just trying to sift threw all these reviews....I saw Alien as an adolescent...a couple of years after its release...i was about 12 or 13....it never scared or shocked much....but i loved the movie...I thought it was extremely cool...even the Alien design and the chest burster scene was just super cool to me...the intensity of the movie was rather over the top and yes that's how i felt ........but not to the point where I covered my face!....i thought it was a masterpiece... scary and exciting and spectacular... When i first saw Aliens I thought it was way better...now that I am older it's impossible for me to say which movie are better....the first 2 where so different....the second I think was more spectacular but the original had that eerie suspenseful feel that i only started appreciating as I got older. Think Prometheus might actually be their somewhere in between alien and aliens in terms of the general atmosphere!....plus it's in 3D!!!

good to see that a reliable and well known reviewer has given the film a large rating, they only gave lockout 2 stars and i found that fun so im gonna CRY at this film and its epicness!!!!! i

After the major disappointment of last years 'The Thing' prequel, this has doused some of the fears I've been getting as the release date draws nearer.
