Fixing the script

This is meant to be just some light hearted fan writing. Basically I am upset about the film, and wanted to make a list of things I would 'fix' to make the film better (random order). Feel free to add your own 1)Get rid of Noomi Rapace..didn't like her..she is a weirdo, you can tell she is a strange hippy type in real life..just watch the interviews, she is all over the place..The perfect choice would have been Rooney Mara from the new Girl with the Dragon Tattoo..she is tough, much more charismatic 2)Get rid of Holloway, he is not needed. Also 'couples' are very annoying to watch with their constant kissing and romantic crap..just leave that sht at the door 3)Weyland scenes..We needed Shaw contacting Weyland, some meeting scenes etc, pre-mission..scenes of the crew getting picked and meeting..Build up to the space mission 4)which brings me to: make the movie 4 hours long...Yes 4 hours, people would still watch it believe me, and it would be rich with detail 5)STRICT contamination protocols...there were none..there should have been a very strict focus on contagion etc, lots of effort being made to ensure crew are following protocol..no helmet removal scenes 6)Milburn gets attacked by surprise, not whilst trying to take a cobra alien on a romantic candle lit dinner 7)MUCH MORE Fifield development..perhaps the worst part was the Fifield let down...his character should have been fuller 8)When the vessel first arrives at the planet, they dont just instantly find the temple..they spend 12 hours rotating around the planet mapping the surface. This would allow the crew to mingle more onboard and develop their characters 9)Heavy landing, the landing was too easy..maybe something malfunctions 10)A few crew members die in cryo-sleep..this helps demonstrate the journey was a difficult one..maybe someone looses an arm because a malfunction..some gritty sht like this 11)No Fifield zombie scene...just get rid of it, serves no purpose...He dies, that is that..Maybe the cobra-alien lays an embryo which gives birth to another lifeform...but no zombies please 12)Better creature design..Giger should have been more involved..no tentacles please, too unoriginal 13)Get rid of Vickers and replace her with a more Burke like character who tries to be charming but is a backstabber...she was just a turn off and annoying 14)Get Weyland to be played by an old man, no bad makeup 15)Shaw maybe has sex with another crew member, a one night stand. Sort of like ALien 3... 16)Weyland wants to use Shaw to bring back the lifeform..they seemed too uninterested in what happened to her with the pregnancy...we need clear motives here..they want a live specimen to study for bio-weapons 17)Hide the derelict from the trailers..this really should have been a big surprise scene..I guess it would be harder to market..but...would have worked I reckon..it should have been a top secret scene 18)The Xeno scene...get rid of it...maybe an 'alien egg' end scene instead...but no fully grown Xenos please...needed more mystery here god theres so many more...gonna take a little break now
