I loved it.

It was great, :) it confused me in way that i didnt know what to make of it after, and made me think.... But its entertainment.... The actors really went for it, even if they didnt have much of a script, that really made it for me. Not sure about the flute though.... Haha.

i loved it to and cant wait to see it again, maybe people didnt like it because it was to intelligent for them, 9 out of 10 theres always room for improvement

Some are going to defend the movie with a pasion as if its a Religon... Some are going to just be very negative in a childish fassion... Everyone has different views on every movie thats what being Human is all about.... I felt the movie had a few flaws, that being that the scope of the movie all the ideas was too much to fit in and explore with more depth within such a short screen time... It needed 3 hours or needed to be a 2 part 2 hour movie thus 4 hours in two parts. I also think some of Lindelofs Lost style Ambiguity left some questions and plot holes... But its each to their own. I cant judge if the movie is great, poor or average... I can only say what i felt, and what i feel is not how the movie is, its just how the movie is for me. Just because some say its rubbish does not mean it is for everyone, like some say its fantastic does not mean it would be to everyone. My view is this.... Visually great, Sound very good, Actors some good, some needed more depth. The plot i feel was good just not executed as well as it could have been. Thus the movie is not as bad as some are saying, while there is some elements of a wasted opputinity (i mean time restraints to tell the good story) there is massive potential to explore more depth on what ever elements they want to explore in a sequel without having to try and fit the purpose of the Engineers, the Goo, the Temple, the Crews Mission, certain characters stories and agendas, while trying to tie elements to Alien. It was a lot of stuff that needed more longer movie to do it justice... But thats just me, and other will have different views but thats what being human is about. Prometheus 2 could be a 2 hour movie that could give us 2 hours to explore the Engineers and their role with much more depth.

I thought it was great (IMAX 3D 3:4 ratio), but I need to see it again in 2D Widescreen, as I missed so much of the action due to the VERY tight editing, and being mesmerised by the great sets, scenery etc. In the end it's down to the individual, and what that persons expectations are. I went in knowing and believing Ridley Scott when he said that it's not a direct prequel to Alien, there will not be Xenos as we know them etc. and because I wasn't expecting too much, I was rewarded with a movie that I think will seriously grow on me. I just wish the pace could have been toned down a bit, even if it would have meant adding another 20-30 mins. I hope and pray for a Director's Cut on BluRay.
