Even I'm pissed that there wasn`t anything more. It doesn't make any logical sense. Why build it up so much to completely fall short of any of our expectations. Whats Fox thinking, this isnt how you run a viral campaign-- even if the movie does happen to partially be about expectations falling short or being subverted. I can`t wrap my brain around this one. Anger and disappointment are coming into play and affecting my ability to think about this even semi-logically.

Don't give up hope just yet. This day isn't over. I remember someone saying something about.. New York? ...Comic-Con being today? Maybe that's where and when they'll give us more info. :) But in case that crappy little insignificant gift card, ends up being what thousands of people have been impatiently waiting for in excitement since they saw the end credits of Prometheus, what's left of my respect for Fox will disappear forever. Let's hope they're just teasing us by holding back on the info until later this evening!

Haha! I told you all that you were blowing 10 11 12 out of proportion.......Oh wait, i thought it was goin to be somethin about the space jockey from Alien. How silly do i feel right now! Just another big slap in the face by FOX! Bought the BluRay on Monday, only to discover that it didn't have the Making of the Film with it. I've only gone and bought the wrong one haven't i, i didn't know it was only on the 3D version LOL This Prometheus thing is turning into a very expensive fiasco!

Hahaha... well, that's dumb. Everybody's going to run out and buy it the day it comes out, so why the hell would they release a $5 coupon 2 days after? I already saved $5 with the Best Buy dvd-for-bluray upgrade and save thing. Bring in an old DVD and they give you $5 off a bluray. It brought the 3D bluray version down to $20. Not a bad deal at all.

Which clearly states that on October 11th 2012 "Weyland Corporation is recognized as a legal entity and corporation under United States law and receives their Certificate of Incorporation from the Companies House in the United Kingdom. Due to the combined value of Sir Peter Weyland’s various patents and patent-pendings, the company incorporates with a higher fair market valuation than any other company in history." So if anything is going to happen. It would have to be today.. Sadly..

So what we had here was an exciting countdown timer for a $5 off coupon, oh the irony. However with the release of the Blu-Ray being so close to 10/11/12 surely this is no surprise, yet us fans will remain hopeful all day until the date passes that maybe something big will be presented to us.
