Which charactors actually affect the creation of life in our movie? *David *Holloway *Shaw *Fifield *Millburn *Last Engineer Janek, Ford and Vickers are not directly affected or a partner in creating life. Of the three Ford was the most active in the exploring of the domes and investigating the engineers. Yet she was spared the goo affecting her life. Why was she spared? Certainly she could not escape the wrath of the Last Engineer. She did escape being a host. Maybe her personality/emotions were too controlling for the Goo to work.

Ford was just not exposed to the goo and she wore gloves when she handled the engineer's head so how would she become exposed? Try restating the question or statement in another way.

i see what you mean indy and i think she(ford) was just destined to get hit in the chest by a big bald white guy from another world. the goo seems to destroy or alter whatever it gets on or in. maybe it is more advanced than that, but ford's death was the work of sense in a movie.

yeah but the distance acheived was cool, i think the resulting fall would have done the fatal damage, yeah all the bodies would have rolled of to the side what a mess that would have looked in the spinning coin scene haha

I'm not sure if you could kill a tough Scottish lass that easily. btw What did you think of Dicky's Scottish accent? I know she is Scottish but I've heard some Scots say it was a bit over the top.

no i dont know what end of glasgow shes from but she sounds a bit kelvinside to me and they all sound a tad 'twee' but its just the way they talk its not put on
