LV-223, LV-426... AND TWO MORE MOONS

Have we a consensus on the name of the additional moon(s) in the Acheron system?

I have before looked to how they would be named...

There is a Pattern...   LV-223 (2 2 3)  and LV-426 (4 2 6)

The First Digit is doubled 2=>4 the Second Remains, and the 3rd is doubled.  But i think the Pattern therefor would be.

1st Moon  LV-121 or LV-120

2nd Moon LV-223

3rd Moon LV-426

4th Moon LV-629

Thats how it Logically could work for me, but thats not to say this is the case.

LV-223 - bioweapon base of Engineers.

LV-426 - Just a rocks with random crash.

I think - other moons is just rocks too.

@Big Dave I believe LV-120 would be right. Because then the last digit would go 0-3-6-9, consistently adding 3 to each end.

Or wait, no, I'm wrong. That is wrong. It would be LV-020, if we're keeping the pattern. 0(+2)2(+0)0(+3)=(223)=2(+2)2(+0)3(+3)=(426)=4(+2)2(+0)6(+3)=629. And it would be the same backward, -2,-0,-3 gets us 629, 6-2=4, 2-0=2, 9-3=6. 426. And 4-2=2, 2-0=2, 6-3=3. 223. And, finally, 2-2=0, 2-0=2, 2-2=0. LV-020

I tend to agree with you Leto on LV-426. And by "random" I consider LV-426 just nearby when a juggernaut suffered a malfunction or it was deliberately crashed into it.

The Fate of the Space Jockey and what LV-426 is up for debate again i guess... With the U-Turn Plot of Alien Covenant.

Prior to that..  Ridley Scott confirmed the Derelict was related to a Juggernaught they are just a few Centuries Apart Technology wise (which makes little sense) but he had confirmed the Derelict had left its Origin but it DID-NOT get Far (which means it left LV-223)  something Evolved in the Cargo Hold, got to the Pilot and knowing he was infected he set a course to LV-426 to Quarantine the Cargo and set off a SOS.

The Ship had intended to Land on LV-426 and RS said it did not Crash, well it kind of did or did it?  RS said the event happened within a Few Hundred years of the LV-223 Outbreak that killed off those Engineers.

So must have likely been... Space Jockey Enters Cryo-Sleep like the Last Engineer Bob..... he awakens a few hundred years latter to carry on his Mission but his Cargo had Evolved, infected him, i am going to think he did not realize until he was departing that something was WRONG and then he laid a Course to LV-426 to Quarantine the Cargo.

But ALAS... all this is potentially changed with the David Creates the Xenomorph Route.
