The band basically described the picture as an analogy of how we are all getting screwed and one has a condom to try to minimize the screwing. It wasn't just for shock sake but that's how the PMRC and courts perceived it.

Actually, a fair amount of stuff on this thread is album cover art. The Satan one is album art, one is on a Danzig cover, Dead Kennedys, and at least one is part of a band called ELP.

I was looking at that guitar,Blondie right?Also Triptychon/Celtic Frost are in there 

The guitars came out well after 2001 and post Blondie. I think they were a limited run too. Gotta be careful- there could be a cool Giger finish on a POS guitar.

He was fairly good at sculpting too.

Ok.I was looking at a guitar he customed for a member of Blondie.I'll go find it and bring it here 

I don't recall him designing anything for Blondie except for her solo album cover on the link I posted. He did album art for Steve Stevens but I don't know of a guitar that he specifically designed.
