If this is from Blomkamps Alien 5, then these clearly look very much like the Neomorph to me.

Without the extended Head Carapace that is....  seems RS has borrowed a bit from Blomkamps Alien 5 for both AC and the sequel (using Alien 5's Alien Awakening Name) one of the AC concepts is basically Blomkamps Alternative new Face Hugger, The Eggs in AC looks the same as Blomkamps New Eggs only Blomkamps have just TWO Petals/Slits

Really would be interesting if Blomkamps 10 Page Plot came to light.... but i guess FOX have copyrighted it so it cant be released.

They would also not want to cause a Stink as its obvious Prometheus 2 was changed to be Alien Covenant based on Fan Reaction and Anticipation for Alien 5

Look at the Storm caused by Spaights Draft, for those who read that many was like THIS is what Prometheus should have been...

So i doubt we will find out much about Alien 5, on one hand in case FOX decide to go ahead with a modified version... but mainly in case Fans see Blomkamps Alien 5 Story and go.... "WOW this is what we should have seen instead of AC"
