Check out some incredible concept artwork and renders of the Ancient Citizens from the Aliens: Dark Descent game by Richard Masa, Benjamin Odonne, and Sergey Kritskiy.

According to the artists:
- Ancient Citizens are supposedly grown from the city walls and are one living organism with the biomechanical city.
-They are an homage to the 1979 Space Jockey. They have encrusted bodies, lack fully developed jaws, and lack legs. Titan Xenomorph inherited some of the genetic traits.
-They're supposed to symbolize a kind of majestic organism and at the same time a kind of slavery to the ancient alien society.
