Indeed, I love the backdrop. Vibrant colors, very crisp looking. Hard to say which film will be more of a visual spectacle, Covenant or Prometheus. 

Prometheus broke so much new ground it's ridiculous, this cloudy, ancient aesthetic is so refreshing and unexpected, especially how well it works. You can just feel the cold, clean moisture of a million years on your face. And it means DOOM, lol. Can't believe another one is already green lighted. What a time this is.

@Aorta yes, indeed. Such a great time to be an Alien fan. PLEASE let Ridley Scott live forever...please.

I hope the gopro camera is not a part of their gear, not very likely they use 100 year old commercial technology on their billion dollar colony trip :) I see walter has one also.

One thing that Prometheus got right without a doubt were the landscapes. Hopefully AC will have interesting landscapes but I guess that they will be so.

Broke new ground, how? Some of the things were good but I can’t see what was so extremely refreshing about it. To me Prometheus feels a bit like a lost opportunity but it was OK (not good but far from a disaster but Fassbender and Elba saved the movie for me at least).

There was a drone visible in Weyland's TED talk viral prior to Prometheus, plus drone tech was used in the filming of AC if I remember correctly, we can rest assured out film makers know what drones are. I'd say to Go Pro is placed, and really not a big deal. 

Everyone in the reconnoitring group has a camera attached their backpack. Does this mean that the ones still on board The Covenant/dropship can see everything that happens to them?
