The obsession with alien beings cannot be understated, humans have been obsessed with extraterrestrial beings since the beginning of time. The Halo series
Ask any gamer and they will tell you they know at least one thing about the Halo series. The alien in this series is called the Covenant. This diverse range of species is heavily militaristic and worships an extinct race called the Forerunners. What’s wild about the Covenant is the fact that they are dead set on destroying the humans to appease their Gods. Here are the Covenant species in the Halo series:

Probably one of the better-known alien game series featuring the slave race Mudokons who became enslaved by the Glukkons because of their passive attitudes. The most popular Mudokon and the series’ main protagonist, Abe (remember Abe’s Oddysee) is cute but lazy, don’t let that fool you. Abe does eventually escape and becomes the savior of his species. And while the Mudokons are passive aliens and practically allow the Glukkons to enslave them, they can, possess other creatures and turn themselves into formidable fighters. The Oddworld series is a two-dimensional game where players oversee Abe. You control Abe, solve puzzles, and navigate obstacles while avoiding enemies all while trying to save Abe’s species. Ratchet and Clank
While the Ratchet and Clank franchise was and continues to be enjoyed by both adults and children alike, the games do feature some cute but fierce aliens. The game follows the adventures of Ratchet, a feline humanoid species known as a Lombax, and Ratchet is a mechanic. Then you get Clank, a sentient Zoni detective robot. The pair travel through the universe saving the inhabitants from the forces of evil. The Lombax species is a humanoid species that is found on the planet Fastoon which is in the Polaris Galaxy. Lombax are widely known throughout the galaxy for their mechanical and technological ingenuity - they come equipped with a range of gadgets. Lombax are also cat-like and have large rectangular feet. While these little creatures might be technologically advanced, they are also skilled fighters as it is listed as one of their natural abilities.

Some of their powers include psychics such as shapeshifting into an inanimate object, scary! The Typhon can’t be contained for too long and players are expected to fend off the aliens using a variety of weapons while trying to escape the space station Talos I. Typhon are formed from a shiny grey-black substance which allows them to shapeshift into different states such as solid, liquid and even gas. The fact that Typhons can change their state makes them extremely durable.
