I wanted to see if i could pick up anything we may see in june. After watching Ash (the only person that could have ties to any prequel). I'm starting to think we may see xenos or the people in prometheus will learn a great deal about them. In the scene where land has the hugger on his face Dallas wants to remove it right away. Ash then says somthig like wait wait wait it might be feeding him air. I think ash knew that the hugger was laying an embryo. I thinkin june we will find out how the "company" knew so much............also I find I really strange that the crew in the first movie find an amazing discovery (SJ ship) and they take off..........WTF.............what you guys think?

First, of course Ash new about the Alien. Look at the scene where Dallas is informing the crew of why they were awakened. Watch Ash and Ash only, Ian Holm is standing in the background not saying a thing and looking like he is unconcerned, and that he knows what is up. Great acting by Ian. I bet Scott told Ian that he is the only crew member who knows what is about to happen.
Second, in the extended versions of Alien especially with the scenes deleted where they were going to blow the Alien out of the airlock Ripley makes reference to the fact that Ash is trying to protect it.
What is interesting to me, is we see the clips of the ship in the Prometheus trailer looking very similar to the ship on LV-426. Anyone remember the dialogue with Dallas and Ash and Dallas is out of the ship. Dallas says to Ash if he is "getting this" meaning the view of the ship, Ash looks at his screen.....pauses for a bit...and says "yes I have never seen anything like it."
Truth or lie? As a robot, does Ash know, seeing the ship have information stored in his data banks about what ever is going to happen in Prometheus?

I think Ash knew pretty much what to expect, he was a company android remember what Dallas told Rilpley , "I went five hauls, long and short, various cargoes, with anothother science officer. Then two days days before we left Thedus, they replaced him with Ash".
The warning Beacon was explained thus by Ash "...And that the company experts knew all along the transmission was a warning and not a distress signal". He also went on to explain "...according to what the (company) translators determined, it was much to late for a distress signal to do the senders any good. The signal itself was frighteningly specific, very detailed". Ash also told Ripley, "...they (SJ) set up the warning, to keep the inhabitants of other ships that might consider setting down on that world from suffering the same fate." He also said "... they (SJ) were a noble race...".
It is likely the comapny detected the signal whilst surveying the systems and decided to take the firest possible opportunity to make use of the Alien and associated technology which they were aware of due to the signals speciivity.
