disappointed with the Space Jockey...

...of course I haven't even seen the damn film yet, but when I first saw the space jockey in Alien I believed he was some sort of loner elephantoid species, travelling with a cargo of eggs through deep space until he got attacked by one of the facehuggers...the whole thing had a spooky and solitary feeling about it...a total mystery ...however now we have this very tall gentleman and the 'space jockey' is actually some sort of armoured suit like Tron....the mystery is ruined anyone else feel a little empty inside because of this? of course I have not seen the movie yet but if this is the case I think I'll be upset
