4 monsters/Aliens!!

What we have to remember with the colour of that Tenticle is that it may be different colour to Shaws Baby Squid, but its also bigger. Both leave behind a black substance like ink? But dont forget that a Face Hugger and Chest Burster are not the same Colour as a Fully Grown Xeno.

@BigDave totally agree with you I think the big tentacle and baby squid are the same alien just in a different stage of development!

There are so many tasty tidbits/morsels to explore in this film already, I can't wait to see the Good Stuff & The Sure As Hell Ridley Scott Surprises we have no clue about yet.

The blue men are the space jockeys, the empire article confirmed that. I am still thinking in what will the mutated crew morph...

@Xenomorph54 In the third preview for the release of the original prometheus trailer there is a scene where a crew members runs upward in a very xeno way! Maybe the crew start looking like xenos? But NOT like the way the alien/human hybrid looked like in Alien Ressurection!! @synth, yeah, there's been a bit of discussion about this on several threads....basically there's some sorta battle going on in the hangar. something burning on ground, possibly two mutants running around....Weyland comes out like Mr. Burns with his bodyguards, they open fire, etc...

Greetings Programs, Last I heard…Neville Page, creature designer of Cloverfield, Super 8, Star Trek, and Cowboys and Aliens had worked on PROMETHEUS. So, my guess is that they didn’t just hire him to rework old ALIEN set designs or costumes…or just a smallish Shaw baby with tentacles or whatever. This guy is one of the preeminent creature designers in the business currently. I wager that he was brought in to develop some new, fairly original, big Gigeresque beastie. Something to rival our favorite Xenomorphic “Big Chap.” Anyway…that’s what I think. Guess we’ll see. ~N

@Neurion That's a very interesting fact! Maybe Giger did just work on the murals after all and this new guy is creating a new beastie for us! Either way the new monster is going to become an icon!
