That mural one is certainly interesting. The hole is pretty much where the jockey's tear is located in Alien, just extended a bit more.

Nevermind, when you blow it up to giant size it clearly looks like it is morphing. Probably what one of the characters were eluding to in the dialog in the trailer.

Epic, especially this:

This is definitely God

Following the literal description of Prometheus, that is where his liver would be.
There looks to be soem sort of creature to the left, hunched over its knees.
April 11, 2012
yeah but when you blow it up it looks to be reshaping itself. I think they choose that still very carefully to invoke both the wound on the jockey from the original, and the story of prometheus.

I Adjusted the contrast a bit so its slightly more clear -

The thing to the bottom left looks like some kind of creature.

To me this echoes the pictogram on the wall in the cave on the Isle of Skye. There's that creature that looks like a hog or something. You can see the snout and the ribcage.
On this shot, you can also see a ribcage.

I'm not sure about this, I could be wrong, but I think something is moving in the center of the Derelict (seems to be walking). It looks like a humanoid figure, Did David or the Space Jockey?

At the same time seems to have three figures like eggs on the underside of the center of the ship. (in the same room of the figure walking)
April 11, 2012
The movement is the red and yellow dots from one of the trailers. You can find stills of it pretty easy.
Red is the tracking balls [I figure] Yellow have letters over them so i suspect they are the crew.
April 11, 2012
Well, the creature of the mural appears to be the guy we've seen giant in both trailers and probably as large statue head is another of his performances (the Space Jockey / Engineer)

@WhyDontTheyFreezeHim
Thanks for illuminating that. With the added detail, it almost looks as if the humanoid is reaching out to grasp the top of the head of some alien form. It's sort of like a twisted version of God and David touching fingertips on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.

This is what Im seeing(excuse crappy paint skills!) -

It looks to me like the creature is crouching in a xeno kind of way -
His mouth kinda looks like little tentacles.
April 11, 2012
Holy crap! @WhyDontTheyFreezeHim You're right, there is a sort of creature / monster or something.
Thanks for clarifying
April 11, 2012
Yeah. Exactly. Do you remember the quotes comparing this to The Thing?
The humanoid also appears to be dominating the other creature.
April 11, 2012
The very first image with the spaceship, i don't know where it is, but the background is similar to the nazca lines
April 11, 2012
Yeah, definitely the Engineer of the mural is dominating some kind of beast.
@ShinobiX9X The Nazca Lines are the roads or airstrips. In fact, the Prometheus lands on one of them and then APC vehicles drive on these roads.

that article tells a lot of "spoilers" some ppl will not watnt o read it
that image on the ceiling, the liver part looks more like it's an old broken painting, and i kind of see a "human" with his pet, (whatever that pet might be)
