I thought this was a strange way to behave for a serious crew on a serious mission. Look closely at his face..sunken eyes, darkened lips and a grey pallor, is this another mutating crewman ? Apologies, just noticed this has been discussed before

Are you guys sure that second photo is Holloway? Remember, one of the crew has that large, wormlike creature slither into his spacesuit. I would think the fast moving veiny mutation and the worm might be related more so than Holloway's eye-worm because it appears that the reaction is happening out in the field and quickly. There is also that "Cut it off!!!" sound byte that might be related to a fast-moving infection.
