What if the tentacle seen when Shaw is looking into a room covered in blood is the new Xeno's tale! It would make sense since these new aliens appeat alot more organic than the originals!!

Shaw clearly has a[b] FACEOFF[/b] with some predecessor to the XENO right at the end of the film man...clearly to me at least.

It might not be part of a creature at all. Possibly a pipe or tubing relating to the ship. Where Repace has the axe the room looks pretty smashed up......
