The end of the movie?

Do not read if you do not like to speculate..... The end of the movie is a transforming Holloway, he is the creature we see in the first trailer standing at the water's edge. The blue guys are not the engineers they are just gate keepers, protectors of the ampule's. The engineers are the beings in the cylinder ship, we see Holloway at the end of the movie becoming something and it is the tease for the sequel.....

I think the message of this movie is that you don't have to have faith in something you perceive as higher and smarter than yourself...have faith in yourself. And I think that's a beautiful message. 2001, A.I., Frankenstein, the list goes on and on..all the way back to the Greek tragedies. Tell all the people, "everybody" as you say that are crying about the possible letdowns in this films....how can I be a snob when you are the one who knows everything?

Me? Please no...I'm not an arrogant and I do not underestimate people. And certainly I repeat that I have faith in Scott, not in the Xenos or the Space Jokcey...just in Scott...and I'm just being honest...nothing more.
