the witchking of Angmar from the lord of the rings films i guess in some ways other things have been a lot scary but i thought the way this was handled in the films was pretty darned creepy and scary. Thing vs Alien would be interesting, i think they would be recursively immitaing and impregnating eachother . as for other scary scifi creatures, I always liked the "Ceti Eels" in the wrath of khan.. although smaller scale, another peice of decent 'body horror', not in the same league as Alien of course.
