I don't understand members who say they do not want more spoilers so they stop visiting the site - OK, I see why they say that, RESPECT, but at the same time I think this is the best part of the journey. Just a couple of weeks before the big event! Don't leave the site!

There are no spoilers! No spoilerphobia! Several members claim they are going to watch the movie 2-3 times. After the first watch the whole movie will be a huge spoiler!

Let's punish ourselves with spoilers! :D /...idea created by Ingeniero/

I mean I don't really understand leaving the site either, as most spoilery things will have a giant "SPOILERS" thing written next to it

Well i think anyone who genuinely does not want to be spoiled would have decided to not search for Alien Covenant related stuff or visited sites like this no soon as the 2nd Trailer Hit.

People should be aware that visiting sites can potentially give a bit a way, and also that TV Spots could do too.

THEY (Fox and Ridley) have spoiled this movie more than Prometheus they have released more information, we have had reports that are Officially allowed to be reported (so no FOX take down requests).

And so the only way to not be Spoiled is to keep away and not look on the internet...

This is why Michelle has disappeared as she wants to go into the Movie with as little known as possible and i think she is even staying clear of the Trailers.

Some trailers nowadays do always seem to give a lot away in terms of movies, some more than others and Alien Covenant is Guilty of that..

But people who genuinely want to go to the Movie as Spoiler Free as possible should know visiting any website like this would lead to some Spoilers.

The Best way to go in Blind would be to have only seen the First Trailer and then the Last Supper Prologue.

Unfortunately this site does not have a Spoiler Tag/Filter, and then its a case of people putting Spoiler in the Title of their Topics if they are covering stuff but then the GREY line is... is it really Spoiler if its disusing what has been shown Officially in Trailers, TV Spots or Officially Licensed Footage like the Empire Magazines.

There's no such thing as "spoiling" a movie like this. We still don't know the story.

The ONLY way to truly "spoil" your watching of this movie would be to find a pirated copy somewhere online with one of the file sharing sites some time prior to its release.

@Edgy Name, yeah if you want to avoid all spoilers, best to give up on the Internet and social media entirely for the next month lol

Don't worry folks, this happened WITH Prometheus too. And after the film released, they all came back to discuss what they saw. That was a bit of a chaotic period because many fans did not like Prometheus while just as many loved it. It became very heated around here. I'm hoping things run smoother this time around. Haha

When Prometheus was released I had had fusion surgery on my ankle and as I knew I would probably not be able to see it in the cinema I spent weeks pre-release analysing every snippet on this forum (yep I am a longtime lurker) and post release watching the film unfold in arguments - by the time I was able to move I had to wait for the DVD as the cinema run was over - so even more time spent here watching the films details (even the minute ones) be dissected, critised, applauded and their meaning and/or intrinsic plot value speculated apon for the next movie! I thought I knew Prometheus inside and out before I settled down to watch it ............... wait for it ............ I WAS SO WRONG!!! Lol, anyway my point is, love the forum, leave, return do as you please - each of us has a unique viewpoint and no matter how much you know going in you'll come out the other end with your own singular experience.
