Carlos Huante shares unused Alien creatures

I think these were not made for Alien5. And I wouldn't say they are Awakening concept art.

After Prometheus we were told that two groups of movies would be made - a Prometheus line and an Alien line. Perhaps these works were made at that time.

Disney should return to that idea and produce those movies. Perhaps it is not a coincidence that Huante reveals these artworks now...

AVP Galaxy was asked by Carlos himself to remove the images. Even the FB page I linked is now gone. Looks like I'll have to remove them soon too.

Something suspicious is going on.

The third line is his name I think, the second line says DRONE, the first line is the movie title: RED HARVEST.

This was for Alien 5!

Lol, Dark Nebula, so Disney would like to use these.

Huante had worked on a few concepts at the time prior to when Alien 5 was announced so who knows.

The only explanation for these looking at his comments are either the PROMETHEUS 2  Sequel (Paglen/Green)  prior to the U-Turn that gave us ALIEN COVENANT (Harper/Logan) or indeed Blomkamps ALIEN 5

We have to wonder why he wishes to take them down... i hope its not due to DISNEY considering Blomkamps Alien 5, unless they removed the Ripley, Newt and Hicks Survival Plot. otherwise i will PASS

The last image looks as if the organic and the inorganic material was mutated together...(a biomechanical mutagen)...thank you Dark Nebula!!!!

I've just found something interesting:

The xenomorphs appearing in the Prometheus Life and Death comics look like some of the new Carlos Huante concept art drones.

Focus on the eyes and the shape of the head:

This image really jumps out imo- an arm that seems to have fingers, each with hands. Bit of a mind bender there and that is why it is so cool.

Thanks for posting this. I am a person that really likes to look at alternate version of things, behind the scenes clips, commentaries, and similar things. Looking at how things develop, the creative process is something that I think is interesting.

Maybe they could release some of the unused concept art for Alien Covenant or what would later become the movie as a book or something.

Those Two Images are interesting as one does look similar to the Ultramorph/Necronom 4 design, the other kind of has some elements of HR Gigers Original Concepts for ALIEN (Not the Big Chap)

Some interesting mutations, i am not really a fan of many of them though, what some of these show is not BIO-MECHANICAL as far as HR Giger Aesthetic, but more of Human Technology fused with the MORPHS in kind of like the BORG way of Controlling them...    This could lead us to conclude could it have been for ALIEN 5 and that the Plot would have shown us a Company/Science Division trying to attach Technology to the Xenomorphs to Control them?

But then it could also be about the Covenant Sequel, if indeed its a lot about AI, as well we could see that again trying to attach Technology to the Xenomorphs to Control them, could be seen as a kind of AI
