@jedi as I told @freezehim the multiple david thing is a good idea i mean if I was weyland I'd send a bunch of my sons to get my dream idea done probably not to cool for a movie though that would be like multiplicity in space

I did read the website but i want to know where you found that it was discovered before they launched the prometheus and what year. Because as I said, that star map is in murals and cave paintings. If you're talking about the wow signal mentioned in projectprometheus, then it doesnt say when they discovered it

@saint doesnt have to be an army of Davids. could have been one. Im just trying to justify how many davids it would take to terraform a planet in 50 years and advance the technology so much as we see in the trailers etc. If you catch my drift..

The main flaw of this theory is that androids are synthetic theyd have no reason to reproduce or DNA to leave behind. The website says David understands human emotions he doesnt actually feel them.

@tutelo they never found a star map in the cave.. they found paintings. It would be out of character for Weyland corp to help them plot a dodgy starmap wouldnt it? Maybe they get this "wow" signal from a 6 planet system go off on a whim? just saying anything to fit my theory now lol

@ jedi master... watch the uk version of the trailer and you see the explanation by holloway and you can see when he correlates the paintings with a set of stars in the galaxy. That is a star map; or how he explains that all paintings are done by ancient civilizations and he mentions each culture ex. mesopotamia= 3000 bc, mayan=2000 bc, france cave paintings are 10000 bc. This movie is based on the ancient alien theories by von daniken. Who knows, there might be a subplot of the crew's david trying to use the technology to become human or biomechanical.
