Hologram of SJ running away

In the Greek Myth, Prometheus created man in the image of the gods after he had gained the favour of the gods. Prometheus did this by being loyal to the gods when the other titans revolted. I suspect that SJ are sub-servant to a high power or creator which we will not see in the film. The image of the SJs running is the aftermath of their revolution against the creator and the Sj who remains is the one who remained loyal and was allowed to create man. The loyal SJ is then placed in purgatory for secretly giving man a series of technological advances (see cave paintings) which allow them to leave the planet, consume other plantes resources and seek immortality. The creator then creates pandoras box to send to earth full of diease and evil (parasites, xenos etc) which is stopped by the SJ, but is reactivated after the Weyland team land by a team member. Just my take on it, but I always assumed the SJs were ultimately a force for good.

will someone please stop, watch the clips in the 1:00 trailer (with the individual running hologram), and the NEW trailer (with the 3 jockeys running), and realize that they run COMPLETELY different. the solo runner is a man.

@gameover: The solo runner isn't a man, at least not a human anyway. If you look carefully, it turns it's head slightly and you can see the SJ helmet on it. I just think it's another shot from the same scene as when the three SJ's are running. Personally, I think they are able to transform into some kind of digital state in order to transport to their ship in emergencies.

GRASPING @ STRAWS, no wonder ridley thinks these sites are ridiculous. RS has to make a film, not a genus. If the film is full of exposition people will walk out. There was precious little in Alien, and i don't expect heaps more in this. there is no need to have extra creators, and then who created those creator creators, and who created those..... it's a scifi film, not a matroshka doll. there maybe some hints and red herrings however, just to give fanboys something to puzzle over, and i hope this happens. p.s. Dallas was wrong, it wasn't fossilised, fossils are the result of a process that requires something is buried, there is no signs that the original gangsta sj has been buried. It may look like a fossil, it may smell like a fossil, the damned thing may even speak fossil, but it t'ain't no fossil.

It's at the 49 second mark, but the hologram is too grainy to tell if human or engineer. Definitely humanoid.

@ADH0983...i dont se anything that looks like the spacejockey helmet...it looks like the helmet the other humans are wearing from the back. the SJ's run upright in the shot of them all trucking it. this guy seems smaller, more loose in the way he moves, hunched over...tons of differences. and he's alone. find the clip of David running behind a couple other members of the crew (the shot is a POV from the camera on his suit, or an image uploaded right from him). the glimpse you get of the human running in front of him is very similar.

Possible SPOILER: Apparently the lone SJ is showing David what happened to them a long time ago in a hologram. I've heard he "bonds" with David because the SJ is intrigued by him not being human. I read yesterday on another discussion board that someone has been part of an advanced screening and described a lot of stuff through their twitter account.

@windood A creator and the SJs plus humans. Nothing complicated which requires dialogue to explain, something which can be relatively easy to show if you are a story teller like RS. it's is after all a film, not a radio play.

It's one of the 'blue guys' running away. I can tell by the muscle mass, and same cut outfit that exposes hands and head. No one else looks like that unless there is a some bodybuilder character we don't know about. Plus you can see some of the organic details of the costume. He's running with purpose, that's all I know. The other hologram is 3 suited jockeys, obviously.

@Trev I've been wondering if there is a connection between David and the story of Prometheus. If the SJ's or whoever are involved with bio-mechanical technology, perhaps the interest taken in David is along those lines, and perhaps someone or something (representing Prometheus) gives David (representing the part of Man) true consciousness or some such (the fire bit) against the wishes of whatever other entities are out there (the rest of the Titans). That's total speculation, of course, and the trailers suggest to me that it'll be otherwise, but who knows.

Well....we see the SJ running towards David in a Hologram fashion lol......perhaps this is a view from the OTHER side of the hologram.

It's one if two reasons we see them running. The first one of the guy running is running away from something that got lose, or running manup and destroy the crew. He's off in the direction of the humans, suiting up, collecting his weapons, etc... Same for the other three running. Either there scared shitless that something is chasing them, or there is a hurry ro take off the destroy all of man kind,
