Who is the 'blue guy'?

Okay everybody. Maybe I'm really dense or something, but who is this 'blue guy' everybody keeps referring to? I've read about him in multiple threads, and every time I see it, my mind keeps conjuring up images of the Blue Man Group. Is this the the mysterious bald dude next to the SJ chair in all the trailers? If so, he doesn't look very Smurf-colored to me. More like Captain Picard on crack, or Shinzon from ST: Nemesis. Anybody care to elaborate?

I think all of the characters will be quite well fleshed out (in the constraints of the film), obviously there will be the odd cliche here or there, but I think they'll have an interesting dynamic. I'm interested to find out more about the other characters, such as Milburn, Fifield and Ford though, they all look interesting!

Which character is ford?....Milburn and Fifield is the mohawk guy and the geek who tries to play with the worm creature right.....don't ask me which is which...lol....i just know they both die....well actually the mohawk guy seems to return in an mutated state....so it's not really him anymore.....so his already dead IMO!

Ford is the Scotswoman with the blonde pageboy hairstyle, Milburn has the spacespecs and Fifield has the mohawk :3
