Alien 5 & Prometheus 2

The series needs a reboot if further movies are to bd made. It's clear that prometheus it's not what we have been waiting for. It needs a reboot and dare I say it I think that they could change it a little. For me they could involve more characters so that it did not seem so much like Ripley vs Alien species. It used to big me how this killer species with acid for blood could not beat one women with a gun .

Why do people put the alien and predator in the same universe. Two shitty crossover movies and all of a sudden they are tied together. Does that mean Freddie and Jason are forever tied together now.

I loved Prometheus and really hope they make a sequel. As far as an alien 5 is concerned I hope it dies in a fire. Aliens have been done to death, brought back and then done to death again. Just...let...it...die! I don't get the nostalgia people have for them. They were no where near as good as people claim, they just remember them fondly as their fave childhood horror flicks. The problem with horror flicks is you can only be scared once or twice by the same thing before you know what to expect and the fright factor disappears. There's no way I'd pay for another mindless, served to you on a platter with no questions asked alien crapfest.

I hope we get to see Prometheus 2. I mean, just a few years ago, when I thought about if there's going to be an Alien prequel movie, I would go 'No way, AvP movies just killed everything'. But then what? Quick jump to 2010 and I'm reading there's an Alien prequel movie in the works, confirmed by Scott. Then 2011 and we get a confirmation of a concept change and an actual teaser by the end of the year. Just because something seems unlikely does not mean it won't happen. I really want to see the Engineers' homeland. I would also love to see Alien 5, preferably titled 'Alien: Genesis'. It could be a mix between Aliens and Prometheus, to bring the creature back, bring Ripley back to action and bring a good share of mythology service explaining Alien's origins, in light of both the Engineer's and potential other beings in the space. It could be a movie to swiftly tie a lot of ideas together and make everything make perfect sense for once. ;-)

They could use alien 5 to link prometheus 2 sounds crazy but i wouldn't be surprised if they made both haha i mean they made another Alien video game (Alien colonial marines) why not movie :D godbless H.R.giger

I don't know why so many people say there are plot holes in the movie and that Prometheus ruined the alien franchise but if you watch the movies it all makes sense and if you don't like the movies stop wasting our time b#tching about it.

Dare I say i would like to see more of a focus, if there is a new Alien movie, to go on the conflict between the humans fighting over the xeno, rather than a focused battle on the xeno. Along the lines of the Walking Dead. Focus on a military vs corporate battle. I think this is the direction the franchise was MEANT to go but instead they overplayed Ripley's story and killed it.

they might make an aliens 5 but i dont kow about a promethius 2. i would rather see aliens 5 because i liked the first 2 alien movies and i wasnt a big fan of promethius.

Hey I'm new on this forum but I think I have some good input, why make aliens 5 if you can build a prequel or sequel of aliens and I think Cameron would be good like you all said. Just to add something who thinks making an aliens vs predator movie again (soar subject I know) but directed by someone who would do it good. Maybe we should place the movie through the predators eyes and show his view of things, like in the predator campaign of AvP the game 2010. I think it would be interesting to see into the predators lifestyle and how he believes humans are messing up the order by releasing the aliens or killing other predators. I don't know, it could be done! :)

i pose the ? why make aliens 5 and prom 2,when you they can combine all three species in one film,simple fact,the predator face in the head room,that puts all three species on the same planet,blues,aliens,and predators.

some schmuk in other forum discounted this claim about all three species said it was unlikely butt i say did anyone after aliens reserection think that avp would emerge,both species on the same planet,and i still claim to the fact that predators are engineers(mutated)i think kinda like the navy seals of the galaxy

cmon space cadets can you really see a predator in a lab making all those badass gadgets,i say no,putting a predator in a lab is like putting a bull in a china shop,blues make predators then give them gadgets,then off they go to hunt aliens,seems like a vendetta or maybe blues made aliens and the experiment ran a muck so they trying to fix the err,what yall think

Ridley all the way for me. A mass brainwashing of the whole population to believe Alien 3 never existed followed by a remake of Alien 3 in which Ripley, Newt and Hicks battle Aliens on a Weyland Earth. Simple - as it should have been in the first place but some people just think they're too clever! I would die happy if that happened (You can even miss out the mass brain washing bit).

I think the Alien 5 movie should be about how the Weyland-Yutani industry knows what the Xenomorph is. Although it's pretty clear that the company sent Ash to retrieve the Alien as a Bio-Weapon, I think Alien 5 should be something like the company discovering LV-426 and how they know about the Xenomorph.

It would be great to see Neil Blomkamp directing Alien 5.
