Prometheus has landed.

The glide over scenes are a good contrast as they introduce the audience to the only two worlds we will see in the movie. With the comment from Ford that a peak was "52,000" the Engineer's moon might have had a more violent past than our Earth. Also the size of the shadow on the openning flyover shows a huge ship that sort of supports the thinking that this is just one stop of many for the early Engineers(it is still interesting that this 'classic shaped ship[' turns on end when leaving the planet)

"God doesn't create in straight lines" in the landing sequence contradicts "I would like to know if that structure is natural" during the first ride over, which contradicts the clearly visible repetition of this structure 5 times on the landing. @allessior You are aright something I did not connect till I read your post. Fifield's response to Holloway's question was also curious. His answer that it was it was hollow but couldn't say one way or another if they were made. Heck all of the crew saw many pyramids so each could have figured out the obvious answer.

Enhanced as straight purple lines on his computer display. There is no contradiction between this statement and his query about the pyramid, since he is asking about a big lump of rock that may, or may not, have been natural. They had not got a good look at the other pyramids at that time, only a momentary sighting prior to landing. There is no suggestion anywhere in the movie that the Engineer at the beginning was "planting bio-weapons in the river". All we know is that life was being created (or augmented). Shaw's radio message will take 35 years to reach Earth (radio travels at the same speed as light).

"God does not build in straight lines." I took this to mean the line of pyramids but still I didn't connect the lines(no pun intended) There have been past posts of the roads/lines and I have commented about them. This was months after seeing the movie and the roads did not exist in my mind til a careful watching of the DVD. I only saw one pyramid connecting road at first Then I discovered a parallel road that seemingly went the entire length of the pyramid display. Finally there was a pix on a post(I don't know if it was a screen shot or a artist design showing the setting, it was very clear) and it showed not only a couple of parrallel roads to the pyramids but also cross lanes There were not many but several lines in many directions are indicated. THat seems to provide a network of smooth paths for the Engineers to travel as they go about their business, Aslo you can't forget the road that the Promerheus landed on, It certainly led to the pyramid used in the movie,,but looking behind the ship it leads toward the hills. How long or where this roads leads has not been disclosed. Like everything else in this movie the road leading away has some purpose, some meaning and has been useful to the development of Pyramid city, So to me the 'straight lines ' comment was directed toward the pyramids.
